• Karachi: Same-day and next-day delivery available
• Major Cities: Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, Peshawar, Quetta
• Other Cities: Delivery available to most cities across Pakistan

2. Delivery Timeframes

Note: Delivery times may vary during peak seasons, holidays, or due to unforeseen circumstances.

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated based on your location and order value:

• Free Shipping: On orders above Rs. 3,000 within Karachi
• Standard Shipping: Charges displayed at checkout based on delivery location
• Express Shipping: Additional charges apply for expedited delivery

4. Packaging

Our packaging includes:

• Protective cushioning materials
• Temperature-sensitive packaging during summer months
• Fragile handling labels

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive:

6. Delivery Instructions

To ensure smooth delivery:

• Please provide accurate and complete delivery address
• Include a working phone number for the recipient
• Specify any special delivery instructions in the order notes
• Ensure someone is available to receive the order

7. Failed Delivery Attempts

If delivery cannot be completed:

• Our courier will attempt delivery up to 2 times
• You will be contacted to reschedule delivery
• Orders returned due to incorrect address or unavailability may incur re-delivery charges
